Responsibility
- Pickup and deliver packages across Kabupaten Tangerang using a motorcycle, ensuring secure handling and accurate documentation.
- Plan daily routes and optimize delivery times to meet or beat service targets.
- Verify contents, obtain signatures when required, and handle cash on delivery if applicable.
- Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance checks; report issues to the dispatcher promptly.
- Update delivery status in the tracking system in real time and communicate delays or problems to customers and dispatch.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries.
- Safely load and unload packages, protect sensitive items, and adhere to safety and traffic regulations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
- Valid motorcycle license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of the Kabupaten Tangerang area and excellent navigation skills.
- Experience using GPS navigation apps and mobile delivery tools.
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25-30 kg and ride a motorcycle for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including potential weekend or evening shifts.
- Reliable, honest, customer-focused, with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
