As a Motorcycle Courier, you will operate in the Jakarta Barat area, collaborating with merchants and customers to coordinate pickups and drop-offs. Responsibility
- Safely operate a motorcycle to pick up packages from merchants and deliver to customers within West Jakarta.
- Verify shipment details, obtain required signatures, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS tools and company dispatch systems to meet delivery SLAs.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the motorcycle; perform pre- and post-shift inspections.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during handoffs and inquiries.
- Track delivery progress in the driver app, report exceptions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety policies, and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and optimize routes.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and a clean driving record.
- 1+ year of courier, delivery, or logistics experience preferred.
- Proficient with smartphones and delivery apps; ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong time-management skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, safety-first approach; physical stamina for lifting and carrying packages.
