Join Private Advertiser, a growing technology focused company, as a Network and System Engineer in Kapitolyo, Metro Manila. In this role you will design, deploy, and maintain scalable network and server infrastructures that power business critical applications. You will work closely with IT operations, security, and development teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security for on premises and cloud based environments.

You will monitor systems, implement backup and disaster recovery plans, manage VPNs, and respond to incidents with speed and precision. Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network and server performance, diagnose issues, and implement optimization strategies.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, including patch management, backups, and virtualization.
- Configure and manage VPNs, remote access, and site to site connectivity.
- Enforce security controls, implement hardening, and respond to security incidents.
- Troubleshoot complex network and system outages with an incident response mindset.
- Document architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures for IT teams.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to plan capacity and upgrades.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands on experience in network and systems administration in a corporate environment.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are preferred.
- Experience managing Windows Server and Linux distributions, virtualization (VMware or Hyper V), and backup solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer focused mindset.
- Willingness to participate in on call rotation and continuous learning in a fast paced setting.
