Job description
As a Network Manager at GAC International Philippines, Inc, you will lead channel strategy and network expansion to meet aggressive HQ goals while delivering measurable results in the Philippines. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on partner management across distributors, VARs, and MSPs in Metro Manila and nationwide.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design compensation plans, onboarding programs, and performance metrics that drive revenue growth and channel satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding of IT networks with strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building scalable channel ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute channel strategy for the Philippines aligning with HQ goals.
- Optimize and expand distributor networks, resellers, and service partners; manage onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management.
- Negotiate agreements, SLAs, and incentive plans; conduct quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive local growth, demand generation, and revenue targets.
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and territory plans; maintain accurate pipeline in CRM.
- Manage budget, vendor relations, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Lead cross functional initiatives to improve channel efficiency, reduce conflict, and resolve escalations.
- Mentor and develop a high performing channel team, ensuring knowledge transfer and succession planning.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or network management in Philippines market.
- Proven track record building and scaling channel partner ecosystems; strong negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of IT networking, security practices, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with CRM and channel management tools; data driven decision making.
- Ability to travel as required; flexible schedule and ability to work with cross timezone teams.
- Results oriented with strategic thinking and problem solving.
