Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform routine network performance monitoring and optimization.
- Assist in deploying network security solutions and firewalls.
- Document network layouts, configurations, and system changes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system integration and upgrades.
- Respond to network-related incidents and resolve tickets promptly.
Qualification
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and network protocols.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices.
- Proficient in structured cabling and patch panel management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Network+ or CCNA certification highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
