You will work with cross-functional teams to implement and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks. We value proactive problem solving, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points) to ensure reliable connectivity across LAN/WAN environments.
- Monitor network performance using tools and proactively respond to incidents, outages, and security events.
- Assist with VPNs, firewall rules, and remote access solutions to support remote sites and off-site workers.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and change logs; maintain accurate asset inventories.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to internal teams and customers; triage and escalate when needed.
- Participate in network upgrades, capacity planning, and vendor coordination for equipment refreshes.
- Adhere to security and compliance policies; perform regular backups and disaster recovery tests.
Qualification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with network infrastructure, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless technologies
- Experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS or comparable network operating systems
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Proactive troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; customer-focused mindset
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are a plus
