As a Network Technician, you will collaborate with engineers and security teams to support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and monitoring systems. This is a hands-on role that values initiative, problem solving, and customer-focused communication.

Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and VPN environments
- Assist with network security measures, firewall policies, and intrusion detection
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and change management records
- Support onsite and remote users with technical issues and escalation when needed
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and routine maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project deployments and upgrades
Qualification
- 2+ years of hands-on network technician or admin experience in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS
- Experience with Cisco or comparable vendor equipment; CCNA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency with network monitoring and ticketing systems
- Understanding of security fundamentals, VPNs, and firewall policies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide clear communication
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networks, or related field preferred
