You will install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networking infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring peak performance and security for our business-critical applications.

As a Network Technician, you will collaborate with network engineers, system admins, and help desk staff to deliver reliable connectivity, robust WiFi coverage, and responsive user support. Responsibility

  • Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points across on-prem and cloud-connected environments.
  • Troubleshoot network incidents, document root cause, and implement remediation with minimal downtime.
  • Monitor network health using industry-standard tools; respond to alerts and perform routine maintenance windows.
  • Assist in designing and deploying secure VLANs, QoS policies, and segmentation strategies.
  • Support VPN connectivity for remote employees and site-to-site connections.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce access controls and monitor for policy violations.
  • Document network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and change records for knowledge base.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or IT networking roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS or comparable network operating systems; familiarity with Juniper is a plus.
  • Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools (eg, Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG).
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills; ability to translate tech details to non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance.
