Join Premier Notary & Signing Services, a premium provider of mobile notary and loan signing solutions in the Los Angeles area. We are seeking a reliable Notary Signing Agent to perform on-site notarizations, signings, and general notary work for a diverse client base.
In this Part-Time role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant notary services, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional customer experience. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a flexible schedule, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility
- Notarize documents in accordance with California notary laws and industry best practices.
- Verify client identification, complete notary journal entries, and ensure proper execution of documents.
- Administer oaths and affirmations as required by relevant statutes.
- Assist with loan signings, ensuring accurate execution of all mortgage and ancillary documents.
- Prepare, organize, and secure notarized packages for courier delivery or electronic submission.
- Maintain meticulous records, confidentiality, and compliance with state guidelines.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, lenders, and title companies.
- Travel to client locations within the service area and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualification
- Notary Public Commission in California with active status.
- Minimum 1 year of notary or loan signing experience preferred.
- Clean background check and professional conduct.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with notary journals, electronic notarization (if applicable), and basic software/tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with loan package formatting and mortgage documents is a plus.
