Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care under physician supervision and follow care plans.
- Perform triage and initial assessment of patients presenting with acute or chronic conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document administration according to policy.
- Monitor vital signs, observe changes in patient condition, and report findings to the clinical team.
- Support infection prevention, aseptic technique, and safe clinical practices.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and required follow-up care.
- Assist with clinic operations, maintain accurate records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system, and coordinate patient flow.
Qualification
- BS Nursing or equivalent; valid PRC nursing license (registered nurse).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary care or community health settings.
- Strong knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to educate patients effectively.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and standard infection control practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, patient-centered team.
