Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in clinic settings, including triage, assessment, and initial nursing care.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring accurate documentation and safety.
- Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and care coordination while maintaining sterile technique and infection control.
- Coordinate patient flow, manage urgent cases, and deliver effective first aid during outreach events.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain precise medical records, safeguard patient privacy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support community outreach activities such as health screenings, immunization drives, and health promotion campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PRC) license.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary care or community health settings.
- Current BLS/CPR certification and knowledge of basic emergency care.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient education skills; ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to infection prevention, patient safety, and accurate documentation.
- Willingness to participate in community outreach programs and flexible scheduling as needed.
