Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care in the clinic, including assessment, monitoring, and administering medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures and support basic diagnostic testing and wound care.
- Document patient information, care plans, and progress notes accurately while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Lead health education sessions and participate in community outreach to promote preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain infection control standards, sterilize equipment, and manage medical supplies and equipment inventory.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with the healthcare team for timely referrals and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualification
- Current Philippines nursing license (RN) and degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; graduates considered depending on program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and emergency care principles.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and standard office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic and in community outreach settings; willing to travel as needed.
