As a Nurse in our Bali facility, you will provide patient centered care across a range of units. You will monitor patient status, perform clinical assessments, administer medications and therapies as prescribed, and assist physicians during rounds and procedures. You will be responsible for accurate documentation, infection prevention, and maintaining safe, clean care environments. Your communication with patients and families will support understanding of care plans, discharge instructions, and post discharge self care.

Requirements include a recognized nursing diploma or degree, current license to practice in Indonesia, and the ability to work in shifts in a fast paced hospital setting. Fluency in Indonesian is essential with English literacy considered an advantage. Experience in acute care and familiarity with electronic health records are preferred.
Responsibility
- Provide compassionate, patient centered nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in assigned units
- Monitor patient status, perform clinical assessments, and report changes to the medical team
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, verify orders, and document administration accurately
- Perform routine procedures such as wound care, injections, IV therapy, and specimen collection
- Assist physicians during rounds and diagnostic procedures; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain safe and clean patient environments; adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols
- Document all care activities in electronic health records and ensure accurate charting
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post discharge self care
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing from an accredited institution; valid Indonesian nursing license to practice (NIP/registration)
- Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; fresh graduates with clinical placement may be considered
- Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and decision making
- Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to collaborate with physicians and other care providers
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and high quality care
- Proficient in documentation and computer skills; experience with electronic health records
- Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends; flexible and resilient
