Arya Noble is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our esteemed aesthetic clinic in Jakarta. In this full-time role based in Blok M, you will collaborate with our medical team to deliver safe, effective non-surgical cosmetic treatments and exceptional patient care. You will work under the supervision of licensed physicians to assist during procedures, manage clinical rooms, and ensure a warm, supportive experience for every client.
As a Nurse (Blok M), you will play a critical role in the full patient journey—from pre-treatment assessments to post-treatment follow-up. You will help prepare treatment areas, sterilize equipment, and monitor patient vitals. You will assist during injections, laser sessions, and skincare procedures, while strictly adhering to infection control and safety protocols. You will document procedures and medications accurately, manage inventory, and coordinate scheduling to maintain smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate holds an active nursing license in Indonesia, has experience in cosmetic or dermatology settings preferred, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment. On-the-job training is provided for aesthetic protocols and safety standards. Fluency in Indonesian is required; English language skills are an advantage as we serve a diverse client base.

Responsibility
- Assist physicians during aesthetic procedures (e.g., injections, laser treatments) and ensure patient safety in a clinical setting.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and uphold strict infection control and safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals, comfort, and recovery during and after procedures; respond to adverse events per clinic policy.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment patient care, including education on post-care instructions and wound care.
- Accurately document procedures, medications, and consent forms; maintain meticulous patient records.
- Manage inventory and supply replenishment; coordinate with vendors and pharmacy as needed.
- Support scheduling and patient flow to ensure a smooth, welcoming clinic experience.
Qualification
- Nursing degree with an active nursing license in Indonesia (registered practitioner).
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures is preferred; willing to learn and train on-site.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization, and clinical best practices.
- Excellent patient communication, empathy, and ability to reassure clients undergoing cosmetic treatments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment, multi-task, and collaborate with physicians and staff.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent; additional certifications related to aesthetics are a plus.
- Attention to detail in documentation, sanitation, and safety protocols; professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus for serving diverse clients.
