Alliance Medical Group Management Sdn Bhd invites skilled and compassionate Nurse / Clinic Assistant to join our growing team in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor. This full-time role blends direct patient care with essential clinic support to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient experiences. Competitive salary range of RM1,700 – RM2,800 per month is offered, commensurate with skills and experience.
As a Nurse / Clinic Assistant, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and clinicians to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities include assisting with routine clinical procedures, taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and supporting basic wound care as directed. You will also manage front-desk activities, schedule appointments, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold clinic sanitation and infection control standards.

Responsibility
- Assist nurses and clinicians with patient intake, vitals and charting
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration)
- Prepare examination rooms, ensure cleanliness, sterilize equipment and uphold infection control
- Support basic wound care and post-procedure assistance under supervision
- Manage front desk tasks, schedule appointments and help with patient flow
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in the clinic's electronic system
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate, safe and efficient patient care
Qualification
- Valid nursing certificate or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent; eligible to practice in Malaysia
- Minimum 12 months of clinical or clinic experience
- Knowledge of basic nursing care, vital signs, infection control and wound care
- Excellent communication and patient-service orientation
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical environment and as part of a team
- Proficient in basic computer skills and electronic medical records
- Proficiency in English; Malay language skills are a plus
