Job description
We are currently seeking Nursing Aides to join our team and support nurses and healthcare teams in delivering basic nursing care and assisting residents with daily living activities. This role is located in the North / North-East region, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Responsibility
- Assist nurses in delivering basic nursing care to residents
- Help residents with daily living activities
- Monitor resident's health and report any changes to nurses
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Qualification
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards elderly residents
- Previous experience in aged care is a plus
