Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Nutritionist for Private Advertiser in Cileungsi, West Java, Indonesia. This casual/part-time role focuses on ensuring MBG (Menu Gizi Seimbang) menus meet established nutrition standards from planning through to execution and monitoring. You will collaborate with kitchen and care teams to translate nutritional guidelines into practical, tasty menus that support health outcomes.
What you will do:
- Develop and optimize MBG-balanced menus in line with nutrition standards.
- Plan weekly menus, create recipes, and adapt menus for dietary restrictions.
- Perform nutrient analysis and portion control to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to implement menus and monitor execution.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance programs.
- Provide nutrition education to staff and residents/clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & skills

- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluent in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Proficient with nutrition software and MS Office; ability to analyze menus and recipes.
- Ability to work in a part-time, casual schedule; reliable and punctual.
