PT Talenta Dayareka Indonesia is hiring a dedicated nutrition professional to oversee nutrition operations across multiple sites in Ciloto and Tangerang. The Nutritionist will lead daily meal planning, monitor food quality and safety, manage sourcing and inventory, and guide a motivated team toward delivering nutritious, compliant meals for employees and patients alike. Responsibility
- Lead nutrition operations and ensure quality and safety across Ciloto and Tangerang sites
- Plan, develop, and review nutritionally adequate menus in collaboration with kitchen staff
- Monitor procurement and inventory to ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimize waste
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with regulatory requirements and HACCP
- Supervise and train nutrition staff; set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on nutrient analysis, menu compliance, and dietary guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition counseling and support to employees or patients
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics; professional registration or license preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a nutritionist or dietitian in healthcare or related setting
- Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines, nutrition assessment, menu planning, and portion control
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with basic computer skills; experience with nutrition software or inventory systems is a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage
- Willingness to work across Ciloto & Tangerang placements
