Overview
We Support Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse in Makati City, Philippines, to lead clinical nursing services, health surveillance, and regulatory compliance for our workforce. This contract position focuses on safeguarding employee health and wellbeing while ensuring adherence to local health regulations.
In this role you will provide direct clinical care, conduct health surveillance programs, and maintain compliant health records. You will collaborate with HR, management, and external medical providers to coordinate medical services, vaccinations, and emergency response. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail oriented professional with strong communication and documentation skills who can drive wellness initiatives and ensure a safe work environment.
Salary for this role is ₱28,000 to ₱30,000 per month, commensurate with experience. This is a contract/temporary position based in Makati City.
Responsibility
- Provide frontline clinical nursing care and first aid to employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead health surveillance programs including pre-employment screenings, periodic medical examinations, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, DOH and DOLE guidelines, and company policies; maintain accurate health records and confidentiality.
- Coordinate vaccination programs, wellness initiatives, and health promotion activities to improve employee well being.
- Manage return-to-work processes and accommodations following illnesses or injuries, in collaboration with supervisors and HR.
- Coordinate with external medical providers for referrals, specialized testing, and occupational health services.
- Prepare regular health metrics reports for management and support data-driven decision making.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
Qualification
- Registered Nurse with an active PRC license in the Philippines.
- Experience in occupational health, workplace wellness, or clinical nursing is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety, health surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with health records management and basic IT tools; Microsoft Office suite.
- Discretion and commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in Makati City; contract/temporary role flexibility as needed.
