Join our fast-growing e-commerce team as an Online Store Manager. You will own end-to-end store operations, optimize the customer journey, and drive revenue across channels. This role is remote-friendly with strong collaboration in our Austin, TX hub.
We're seeking a data-driven operator who can manage product catalogs, inventory, pricing, promotions, and supplier relationships while delivering exceptional shopping experiences and measurable results.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end online store operations across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) to ensure accurate catalogs, pricing, and product content.
- Own order management, fulfillment SLAs, returns, and customer service escalations to maximize NPS.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies with data-driven testing and A/B experiments.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize SEO, on-site search, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Oversee inventory planning, supplier relationships, and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Generate dashboards and reports; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Standardize processes, train team members, and implement tools to scale operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of e-commerce or online store operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento; strong product catalog management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and drive improvements across conversions and fulfillment.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with SEO, on-site search optimization, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
