NovaCommerce Solutions is seeking an experienced Online Store Manager to own end-to-end e-commerce operations for our growing portfolio of brands. This role blends product, catalog, and fulfillment excellence with data-driven growth strategies. This position is based in San Francisco with hybrid options.
You will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, logistics, and technology teams to optimize product listings, manage catalogs across our multi-channel stack (Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento), improve conversion, and ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end online store operations for multiple brands, including catalog maintenance, pricing, merchandising, and launch readiness.
- Optimize product data (titles, descriptions, images, variants) and implement SEO best practices across stores.
- Manage inventory, fulfillment, and vendor relationships to ensure accurate stock levels and timely shipping.
- Lead multi-channel management across Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and marketplaces with a focus on consistency and performance.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment, fulfillment speed) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics to plan and execute promotions, seasonal launches, and product launches.
- Automate repetitive tasks, document processes, and build scalable workflows to support growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of online store management or e-commerce operations experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento; strong data analytics (Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics) and basic SQL is a plus.
- Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt to a fast-paced environment; remote-friendly or hybrid in SF preferred.
