Join a fast-growing e-commerce team as an Online Store Manager. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional who can own the day-to-day operations of our online storefronts, optimize product experiences, and drive revenue growth across channels.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and logistics to ensure accurate product catalogs, compelling listings, efficient order fulfillment, and strong customer satisfaction. You’ll leverage analytics to shape pricing, promotions, and catalog strategy while maintaining brand integrity and a seamless customer journey.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end online store operations across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) ensuring accuracy and uptime.
- Manage product catalogs, pricing, SKUs, variants, and digital assets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Lead order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and customer service escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics; translate insights into actionable merchandising and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize product descriptions, imagery, SEO, and promotions.
- Oversee inventory planning, supplier relationships, and replenishment to minimize stockouts and overstock.
- Implement and monitor KPI dashboards, reporting, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Own project management for technology upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Qualification
- 3+ years of online store management or e-commerce operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento and related apps.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools) and ability to translate data into actions.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and product page optimization.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising at scale.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience and a customer-first mindset.
