Join Aurora Retail Labs as an Online Store Manager, leading day-to-day operations for our growing ecommerce portfolio. This role blends operations, merchandising, data-driven decision making, and customer experience optimization to maximize revenue and profitability across platforms.
You will own catalog management, pricing strategy, content optimization, and merchandising, while ensuring a seamless shopping experience from discovery to checkout. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end store operations across Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and uptime.
- Own product catalog management, including data quality, attributes, pricing, and content optimization for conversion.
- Lead order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service SLAs to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and implement CRO strategies to boost revenue and AOV.
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and paid media teams to align product launches and promotions with demand.
- Manage inventory planning, supplier relationships, and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
- Develop dashboards, budgets, and reports; drive continuous improvement and scalability across channels.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in online store or ecommerce management across multichannel platforms.
- Proficient in Shopify and/or WooCommerce, with hands-on experience in product data management and catalog optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO basics, merchandising, and content optimization for conversions.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; strong communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of improving CX and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
