We are seeking an Operations Director to lead the strategic and operational execution of our dialysis services across Singapore. You will champion quality, safety, and patient satisfaction across all clinics.
Responsibility
- Lead dialysis operations across Singapore, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and service levels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics; optimize clinical operations and financial sustainability.
- Build and lead high-performance teams; oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning.
- Ensure clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance with MOH guidelines and DaVita standards.
- Manage vendor relations, equipment maintenance, supply chain, and asset lifecycle for dialysis centers.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, hospital partners, and regional teams to expand access and strengthen partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize capacity planning, clinic utilization, scheduling, and workflow efficiency; drive continuous improvement.
- Lead change management and digital initiatives to enhance EMR usage, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience, with dialysis or renal care exposure preferred; Singapore or APAC experience advantageous.
- Proven P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MOH Singapore regulations, accreditation standards, and quality systems.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and patient safety programs.
- Ability to travel as needed; fluent English; deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare market.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience; strategic partner engagement.
