Responsibility
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business workflow.
- Coordinate product inventory, order processing, and logistics for timely delivery.
- Support financial functions, including tracking expenses and preparing basic reports.
- Maintain and update important documentation and internal records.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance process efficiencies and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist in organizing and supporting sporting events, activities, or other recreation initiatives.
- Identify and troubleshoot areas for process improvement to optimize productivity.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as required by the operations team.
Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in operations, administration, or sports management is a plus.
- Available to work part-time hours or commit to an internship schedule in Kuala Lumpur.
