Join PT Dwijaya Grafika Mandiri as an Operator SM74 and play a key role in delivering high-quality printed materials. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will operate the SM74 offset printing press, monitor print quality, manage color consistency, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for safe and efficient press operation, setup, and routine maintenance tasks. You will conduct in-process quality checks, adjust feeders, inks, blankets, and rollers, and ensure substrate compatibility. You will document production runs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate defects to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and timelines. Responsibility
- Operate and monitor the SM74 printing press to produce high-quality prints in accordance with job specifications.
- Set up machine parameters, load substrates, inks, blankets, and rollers; adjust for color accuracy and registration.
- Perform in-process quality checks and document results; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; comply with all safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine preventive maintenance, and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with Planning, QA, and Bindery teams to meet production targets and reduce waste.
- Record production data, maintain accurate logs, and ensure traceability of materials.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating an offset printing press (preferably SM74) or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of color management, inks, substrates, and print registration.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.
