CMC Global is seeking a skilled OutSystems 11 - Low Code Engineer to join our growing ICT team in Singapore. You will lead the delivery of enterprise-grade OutSystems solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of OutSystems implementation experience, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for crafting scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and QA to design, develop, test, and deploy modern, connected experiences using the OutSystems platform. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into polished, maintainable software and ensure alignment with best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OutSystems applications, modules, and integrations for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, build, test, and deploy OutSystems solutions with emphasis on quality, security, and scalability.
- Integrate OutSystems apps with REST/SOAP services, databases, and external systems.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, documentation, and release processes.
- Monitor performance, conduct code reviews, and implement optimizations for reliability and maintainability.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and handover materials for operations teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and risk management.
Qualification
- Minimum 4 years of OutSystems solution delivery experience with a proven track record of successful deployments.
- Deep knowledge of OutSystems 11 platform, architecture, components, and best practices.
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP), data modeling, and SQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills; capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in Singapore and legally eligible to work in Singapore.
