Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a motivated Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will support smooth kitchen operations during service hours, helping to prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure consistent quality for our guests.
As a member of our culinary team, you will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and efficiency. This position is ideal for reliable individuals who stay organized, manage time well, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with basic food preparation, plating, and portioning; stocking and organizing ingredients; cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment; assisting with dishwashing and waste management; and supporting the kitchen during peak periods. You will be expected to follow safety guidelines, maintain personal hygiene, and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and customers alike.

Responsibility
- Assist with basic food preparation and plating under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
- Stock, label, and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness
- Support dishwashing and waste management to maintain hygiene standards
- Help during busy service periods to ensure timely meal delivery
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality guest experiences
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience a plus
- Available for part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Detail-oriented with a quick learner mindset
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic English is a plus
