Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our Finance team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. As a Payroll Analyst, you will manage end-to-end payroll for bi-weekly cycles, validate attendance and timesheets, and reconcile payroll data with HRIS and benefits programs. You will collaborate with HR, Accounting, and external partners to resolve discrepancies, respond to employee inquiries, and generate comprehensive payroll reports for leadership. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining accurate employee master data, processing changes in compensation or status, and supporting year-end processes and internal controls.

Responsibility
- Process end-to-end payroll for all assigned employees with accuracy and on-time disbursements.
- Validate timesheets, attendance, overtime, leaves, and allowances; reconcile data against payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and internal policies; prepare tax computations and withholdings.
- Maintain and update employee master data in the HRIS; process changes in status, compensation, or benefits.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports; provide management with accurate payroll insights.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting on new hires, terminations, leaves, and retroactive pay; assist with year-end adjustments.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and provide timely, professional support to employees.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience as a payroll analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Philippine regulatory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS; advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; customer-service mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll reporting and internal controls is a plus.
