Job description

KMC Solutions is seeking a results driven Performance Marketer to join our fast growing ICT team in Alabang. This full time hybrid role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing data driven performance campaigns to attract high quality leads and customers. You will own end to end paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other networks, balancing budget, ROAS targets, and CAC. In this mid shift position you will partner with product, creative, and analytics teams to design compelling ads and landing pages, run structured A/B tests, and implement scalable measurement frameworks using GA4, pixels, and UTM tagging. You will monitor daily spend, forecast performance, and adjust bids to maximize return while maintaining brand standards and compliance. You will also build dashboards and reports that translate metrics into clear recommendations for leadership.

Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Manage monthly budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve target ROAS and CAC while maintaining brand safety and compliance.
  • Set up and maintain robust measurement with GA4, pixels, and UTM tracking; monitor attribution and lift across channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert.
  • Design and run structured A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels; implement winning variations quickly.
  • Build regular dashboards and run deep analyses to extract actionable insights and present performance trends to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with platform updates, automation opportunities, and industry best practices to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, brand guidelines, and internal policies across all campaigns.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 2+ years in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record driving ROAS in paid campaigns across search, social, and display networks.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and basic bid management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in landing page optimization and copywriting for paid campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills; project management ability.
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection guidelines relevant to marketing in the Philippines.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work in a hybrid environment with mid shift hours.
