Responsibility

Qualification

  • Licensed pharmacist in Indonesia with a valid SIP-Farmasi (or equivalent regulatory credential).
  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of clinical, hospital, or community pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, contraindications, and pharmacovigilance principles.
