The successful candidate will uphold regulatory compliance, ensure accuracy in labeling and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy services. You will also engage in ongoing learning about new therapies, support antimicrobial stewardship and vaccination programs where applicable, and assist with inventory management to reduce waste and ensure medication availability.

Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately following prescriptions and standard operating procedures, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Review medication orders for potential interactions, allergies, dosing concerns, and therapeutic duplications.
- Provide patient counseling on proper use, storage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Prepare and label medications, and assist with any applicable compounding or formulation tasks in accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain accurate medication records, inventory management, and documentation for audits.
- Participate in medication safety programs, pharmacovigilance, and pharmacy quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize therapy and patient outcomes.
Qualification
- Licensed pharmacist in Indonesia with a valid SIP-Farmasi (or equivalent regulatory credential).
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical, hospital, or community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, contraindications, and pharmacovigilance principles.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software, ERP/inventory systems, and prescription processing.
- Commitment to ethics, accuracy, and patient safety in fast-paced environments.
