Join Private Advertiser as a Pharmacy Frontline Staff in the heart of Yogyakarta. In this contract role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate prescription services and trusted medication information. You will collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure every prescription is filled with precision, every customer feels welcomed, and operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with medication inquiries, dispensing prescriptions with attention to detail, managing stock and pharmaceutical supplies, performing daily administrative tasks, maintaining clean and compliant pharmacy environments, and supporting healthcare information that educates customers about safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service at the pharmacy front desk, answering questions about medications, refills, and over-the-counter products.
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately according to prescriptions and dosage instructions.
- Verify patient information, dosage instructions, and potential drug interactions in line with policy and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotation, and expiry monitoring of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Handle cash register and POS transactions; process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the pharmacy area; ensure compliance with health regulations and hygiene standards.
- Record and file prescription paperwork, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to provide patient counseling and reliable medication information to customers.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician or assistant background is preferred.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or retail pharmacy environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain medication information clearly to customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems and pharmacy management software.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; flexible with shift patterns.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is a plus.
