Responsibility
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, monitor progress, and update care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Document all care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain meticulous records.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, escalate concerns promptly.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control practices, safety protocols, and proper device/line management.
Qualification
- Active Philippine PRC Nursing License (PHRN) and eligibility to practice in the Philippines.
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or ambulatory settings (preferred).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends as required.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development.
