As a Physiotherapist with Pacific Edge, you will work with diverse adult and senior populations across a range of musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions. You will design individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients on lifestyle strategies to support lasting outcomes. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
- Perform manual therapy techniques and prescribe evidence-based therapeutic exercises
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the EHR
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient care
- Ensure safety, ethical standards, and compliance with clinical policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and clinic growth through exceptional service
Qualification
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent; valid California Physical Therapy license
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in outpatient musculoskeletal rehab
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CPR/First Aid certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Licensed in good standing with no active disciplinary actions
