Responsibility
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best evidence.
- Deliver hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Monitor progress, reassess regularly, and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
- Educate patients on pain physiology, self‑management, and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other Allied Health professionals to coordinate care.
- Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
- Contribute to clinic programs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in performance reviews.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Proven expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and gait assessment.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and empathy for patients of all ages.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and documentation standards.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence‑based practice.
- Current CPR/AED certification is preferred.
