Responsibility
- Analyze proposed legislation, regulations, and public programs to assess impact, feasibility, and equity implications.
- Develop policy briefs, white papers, and briefing documents for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, and private partners to gather input and validate findings.
- Design and execute program evaluations, performance metrics, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Prepare and present findings to oversight bodies, councils, and public forums.
- Support budgeting processes, resource allocation, and long-range planning with data-driven insights.
- Project manage cross-department initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Qualification
- Baccalaureate degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field; Masterâs preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in public policy, government, or public sector roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with Excel, data visualization tools, and basic statistical methods.
- Experience in policy writing, legislative analysis, and regulatory impact assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of budgeting, performance measurement, and program evaluation frameworks.
