Responsibility
- Conduct rigorous policy analysis and program evaluation to inform decision-making.
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for public programs.
- Coordinate with government partners, contractors, and community groups to align on policy objectives.
- Prepare briefing materials, memos, and policy white papers for executives and elected officials.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including workshops and public comment periods.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting program implementation.
- Manage cross-functional project timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of policy analysis or public administration experience, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with program evaluation, budgeting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaboration with diverse communities.
- Knowledge of government processes, procurement, and regulatory frameworks.
