Responsibility

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in public sector policy analysis, research, or program evaluation.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills; proficiency in data visualization and statistical basics.
  • Direct experience with local government or federal policy is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft clear policy memos and presentations.
