Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field; master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of public sector policy analysis or program evaluation experience.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with proficiency in data visualization and Excel; familiarity with SQL or R is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with research methods, stakeholder engagement, and policy documentation.
  • Knowledge of local, state, or federal governance processes and procurement/grants administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
