Three Peaks International is actively seeking a seasoned Power BI Data Analyst to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Power BI Data Analyst, you will contribute to:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for senior leadership and functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into data models, data flows, and visualizations using advanced DAX measures and calculated columns.
- Build and optimize data models, perform data validation, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources.
- Integrate data from diverse sources (SQL databases, spreadsheets, cloud services) and implement governance and security controls on BI content.
- Automate data refresh processes, schedule reports, and optimize query performance to ensure timely delivery of insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; communicate findings with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
- Create comprehensive documentation, data dictionaries, and provide training to end-users for self-sufficiency.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying; experience with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and security concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities; experience with Python/R is a plus.
