Join the MERP team in Singapore as a Principal Adviser - Business Improvement. In this 12-month fixed-term contract, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable business outcomes across enterprise operations. You will partner with senior leaders to design and implement high-impact BI programs within the GPO framework. This role blends strategic thinking, program leadership, and hands-on execution to strengthen efficiency, quality, and risk management across functions.
As a senior BI professional, you will own end-to-end improvements—from opportunity identification and process mapping to solution design and benefits realization. You will establish governance structures, develop data-driven dashboards, and track KPIs to ensure sustainable change. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and risk, to translate strategic priorities into practical improvements with measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage high-impact business improvement initiatives within the GPO BI portfolio for the MERP program in Singapore.
- Assess current processes, map value streams, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions with measurable benefits.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans, governance frameworks, and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance, benefits realization, and risk indicators.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, IT, and risk to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Coach and mentor teams on improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, risk controls, and data governance throughout the program.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or management consulting, with a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies; data analytics skills and proficiency with BI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels and present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience leading large, multi-functional projects and managing change in regulatory or risk-sensitive environments.
- Ability to work effectively in Singapore and commit to a 1-year fixed-term contract.
