Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations for digital and offset print jobs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors to clarify specifications and expectations.
- Supervise press operators and finishing team, providing training and quality oversight.
- Implement and optimize workflow processes to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with color standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex print production issues and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Print Production, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial printing production management.
- Proficiency with digital and offset printing presses, pre-press, and finishing workflows.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
- Advanced attention to quality, detail, and color accuracy.
- Working knowledge of print management software and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
