BrightLeaf Printing & Packaging is seeking a seasoned Print Production Manager to oversee all stages of print production from prepress to finish. This role requires strong knowledge of both offset and digital printing, color management, and vendor coordination. You will lead a team of operators, ensure quality, manage timelines, and optimize profitability.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily print production workflow across offset, digital, and wide-format channels; develop realistic schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with prepress, design, and account teams to ensure project specs meet quality standards.
- Manage color management workflows including ICC profiles, profiling, and proofing.
- Plan and monitor capacity, equipment maintenance, and consumables to minimize downtime and waste.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators, bindery and finishing staff.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee subcontractor workflows when needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years in print production management in a commercial shop or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of offset and digital printing processes, substrates, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency with prepress workflows, RIP software (Esko, Heidelberg Prinect, or similar), and color management tools.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
