- Oversee daily print production from intake to finish, managing schedules, materials, and workflows.
- Set up, operate, and maintain offset and digital presses; optimize speed and yield while preserving color accuracy.
- Perform prepress checks, proofing, and color management using ICC profiles and spectrophotometers.
- Collaborate with design and prepress teams to ensure files are production-ready and within spec.
- Monitor quality at each stage, perform in-process QC, and troubleshoot issues to minimize waste.
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving to ensure on-time delivery and accurate job tracking.
- Maintain equipment, safety protocols, and a clean, organized production floor.

Qualification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in print production, press operation, or prepress.
- Solid understanding of offset and digital printing processes and substrates.
- Strong color management skills; familiarity with ICC profiles and spectrophotometer usage.
- Experience with RIP software, file preparation, and proofing workflows.
- Ability to read production specs, interpret artwork, and troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; adherence to safety standards.
