Responsibility

  • Oversee daily print production across digital and offset presses to meet or exceed quality and throughput targets.
  • Plan and monitor schedules, resource allocation, and job routing to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Lead color management workflows, ensure accurate ICC profiles, and verify proofing against client specs.
  • Coordinate finishing operations (lamination, coating, binding, die-cutting) to achieve high-quality final products.
  • Collaborate with prepress and design teams to optimize files and reduce rework.
  • Ensure strict quality control, waste reduction, and adherence to safety and SOPs.
  • Coach and develop operators; implement Lean and process improvements to reduce cycle times.
  • Partner with sales and project managers to provide accurate timelines and scalable production plans.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in print production, including digital and offset environments.
  • Strong knowledge of color management, ICC profiles, and color-calibrated workflows.
  • Experience with prepress workflows and RIP software (EFI, Agfa, Harlequin, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with finishing equipment (lamination, folding, cutting, binding) and related tooling.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate heavy machinery with safety protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.
