Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials for new villa projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Support the procurement team in optimizing costs and efficiency.
Qualification
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
