In this role, you'll partner with Operations, Finance, and Logistics to secure competitive pricing, ensure material availability, ensure quality and compliance, and mitigate supply risks. You will develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, establish SLAs, and monitor supplier performance. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, digital procurement transformation, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end procurement for direct and indirect spend across manufacturing, logistics, and administration.
- Develop and execute category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership and drive savings.
- Build, qualify, and manage supplier base; negotiate contracts, terms, SLAs, and performance commitments.
- Monitor supplier performance with KPIs; conduct supplier risk assessments; lead corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure material availability, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy.
- Implement digital procurement tools, e-procurement processes, and data analytics to improve spend visibility and policy compliance.
- Drive supplier diversity, sustainability, and ethical procurement; ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and develop procurement team; mentor, train, and promote best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics; leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and spend analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian supplier market and risk management in supply chains.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
