Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality materials and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve optimal terms for the company.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records in the system.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative products.
- Resolve any issues relating to deliveries, quality, and invoices with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with the logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software systems.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English is preferred.
