Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services required by the company.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery time.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs to minimize supply shortages and excess stock.
- Prepare purchase orders and securely manage procurement documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal requirements.
- Review supplier performance regularly to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Track market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a clear understanding of sourcing strategies and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement or ERP software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
