You will collaborate with design, engineering, supply chain, and marketing teams to translate customer insights into compelling features and measurable results.

You will manage supplier relationships (ODM/OEM), oversee prototyping, testing, safety and regulatory compliance, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. What you’ll do daily:
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for electronics and lifestyle items, including tumblers, bags, and cameras.
- Write clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, sourcing, and marketing to execute product launches.
- Oversee prototyping, reliability testing, and regulatory compliance to meet safety and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, iterate on features, and optimize cost and manufacturability.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with manufacturers to hit timelines.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development for electronics or consumer lifestyle products; experience with tumblers, bags, or cameras is a strong plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, firmware, and end-to-end product life cycle.
- Proven experience with supplier management and ODM/OEM partnerships.
- Project management experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and ability to lead complex programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision making, problem-solving, and ability to operate in ambiguously evolving environments.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., RoHS, CE, FCC) relevant to consumer electronics.
